Ownership. Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, video, written content, articles, educational materials, graphics, downloads, and other original content on guildmark.studio are owned by Guildmark LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Permitted use. Visitors may access and view the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. Unless Guildmark gives prior written permission, content may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, displayed elsewhere, sold, licensed, scraped, incorporated into a dataset, or used to train or develop an artificial-intelligence system.
Educational materials. Materials purchased, downloaded, or provided through Guildmark are licensed only to the purchaser or participant for personal learning. They may not be shared, recorded, reposted, used to teach another class, incorporated into another course or product, or resold without written permission. Additional purchase or enrollment terms also apply.
Third-party content and lawful uses. Content credited to a client, contributor, licensor, or other third party remains the property of its respective owner. Nothing here restricts fair use or another use permitted by applicable law.
Permission requests. Email legal@guildmark.studio and identify the content, proposed use, format, audience, territory, duration, and whether the use is commercial.
